Shipping policy
Order processing (pre-shipment): Please allow between 1 to 7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Order processing times can and will be extended if necessary due to higher than usual order volume.
Order and shipping confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation notification as soon as your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation notification with a tracking number as soon as ilashedwjacks has shipped your order. If you do not see the confirmation emails in your inbox, please check your Junk/Spam mail.
Pick up orders: You may choose a pickup option at checkout if you would like to avoid shipping. We are located in the Inland Empire.
Shipping: Shipping delivery times will vary depending on your location. Orders are mailed out weekly, Mon-Sat before 5pm PST. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated. Please refer to your tracking number for all delivery updates. Please note that ilashedwjacks is not responsible for shipping delays. Please check your tracking information frequently. When you receive notice that your package has been delivered please check your mailbox, parcel lockers, and front porch/door step. If you did not receive your package, please contact UPS immediately. They can track where your package was last scanned with their GEO locating systems. After you have contacted them and feel that you are still need assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help track down your package.
Although products are generally not damaged during the shipping process, ilashedwjacks is not responsible for any lash trays or products that are cracked/ damaged during shipping and handling. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier, it becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Once your package is marked as delivered ilashedwjacks is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Ilashedwjacks is also not responsible for any package that is lost in transit.
